Returns
At T3 Protective Gear, if you are unsatisfied with any item you have purchased, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund of the product price unless we determine the product has been used or it was marked “Final Sale,” in which case, it is not eligible to be returned for a refund. If the product is unused, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. If the product has been used (which is determined in our sole discretion), we will not be able to issue a refund. We will credit the credit card used for the original purchase. We do not offer refunds for gift cards.

That’s why we offer free return shipping on all eligible items and never charge a restocking fee. Returning or exchanging gear is simple and hassle-free, so you can shop confidently knowing your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Warranty Offered
Except as otherwise stated on the product or packaging, T3 Protective Gear warrants its merchandise and other products purchased from an authorized T3 Protective Gear retailer or distributor to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. T3 Protective Gear will repair or replace any product that is defective or becomes defective during normal use within one year after the date of purchase at our expense. Instead of replacement, we may choose to replace the product with a new or similar product in our sole discretion. For damage caused by you or any third party, there is no warranty for T3 Protective Gear products. To obtain warranty service on a T3 Protective Gear product, return the product to T3 Protective Gear’s headquarters.
